Weekday (Mon–Thu) rate is $150/hour with a minimum 4-hour booking, starting from $520. Weekend (Fri–Sun, PH & Eve of PH) rate is $180/hour, starting from $640 for 4 hours. All bookings include a refundable deposit of $500 and a one-time cleaning fee of $80.
Up to 60 guests seated and up to 100 guests standing. Capacity may vary depending on your event setup (tables, dance floor, DJ booth, etc). WhatsApp us with your event type and we'll advise.
Yes, absolutely. No corkage fees. You can bring your own caterer, order food delivery, set up a dessert table, hire a DJ, photographer, or balloon decorator — all welcome. Vendors must operate within your booked hours and follow house rules.
Yes. When you book the whole venue, you get access to the Main Hall, KTV Private Room, and the Entertainment Hall (pool table, arcade, darts) — all included. No extra charge.

Yes, extensions are possible subject to availability. You must notify us at least 45 minutes in advance. Any extension beyond 15 minutes is charged as a full hour at the applicable rate.
Yes. Multiple options:
Roadside Carpark (Tagore Lane) — $0.60 per 30 min, 7am–10pm daily. Free after 10pm.
Building Carpark (81 Tagore Lane) — Ground level (21 lots) + Basement (100 lots). Open 24 hours. $0.02/min for cars, $0.65/entry for motorcycles.

Cancellation:
• More than 6 weeks before: Full refund
• 3–6 weeks before: 50% of rental fee forfeited
• Less than 3 weeks: No refund
Postponement:
• More than 4 weeks before: One complimentary date change (subject to availability)
• 4 weeks or less: $50 admin fee applies
